Microdata Curation Workshops

Proper management of research data is vital both during the research process and in order to share research data after project completion. DataFirst is the only internationally certified research data repository in Africa and in this workshop, we share lessons learned from our experience from 20 years curating and sharing government data and data from academic research. The four-day workshop is for researchers, postgraduates, data librarians, and data managers. The course focuses on policies and methods for managing individual-level data through all the stages of the data Life-Cycle.

Cost: R4500 per participant (maximum 10 participants per workshop)
